Terms of service

By accessing or using aeiq.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Service Description

aeiq provides a company OS where humans set direction and AI agents coordinate execution. Each company you create runs in its own isolated runtime with its own agents, ideas, quests, and events. Ownership, wallet, and governance features may be beta, phased, or unavailable in some deployment modes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. One human per account; sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Billing

The Platform is billed per workspace. The current card price is $19 for the first month, $49 / month thereafter, with the first-month discount applied automatically at checkout. USDC billing is $45 / month after the first month. A workspace includes up to 10 human-created companies by default; joining a workspace another user owns is free.

Billing renews monthly until you cancel via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; partial-month refunds are not provided. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are honoured at their current rate through the next renewal.

4. Fair-Use & LLM Costs

Subscription fees cover platform operation, hosting, and the included monthly inference credit. Usage above the included credit may require a top-up or your own provider key. We may rate-limit or contact you about usage that substantially exceeds typical patterns, such as multi-hour sustained agent loops or equivalent volume.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to break the law, harass or harm others, generate or distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, attempt to extract another tenant's data, or evade rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; egregious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you create on the Platform — your Companies, agents, ideas, quests, and configurations are yours. We claim no rights to them. The Platform itself and our brand assets remain ours.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Agent outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing agent actions before acting on them in the real world. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aeiq's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the billing portal or by emailing us. We may terminate accounts for material breach with 7 days' notice (immediately for egregious violations). Upon termination, we delete your data per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Germany, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes are announced via email and a banner on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
